Delicious Breakfast Delight

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at The Promenade! The variety was impressive, including unique options like sweet potatoes and millet dosas. The fresh out of the oven hot chocolate croissants were simply divine! It was good how the chef remembered my preference for sweet potatoes and brought them straight to my table even when they weren't on the buffet. Truly a nice dining experience.

Vibrant Live Music

Dining at The Promenade came with the added delight of live music! During lunch, I enjoyed a lovely band playing while I savored my meal. This lovely ambiance made the dining experience even more nice. It was wonderful to enjoy good food with the backdrop of live entertainment.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is fantastic and I enjoyed a free upgrade to a sea-facing room, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. The friendly staff made my experience a bit better, but the facilities and dining options really need improvement. Overall, it's a good place if you're looking for a convenient stay, but there are definitely areas that need attention.

My recent stay at The Promenade in Pondicherry was truly wonderful. I was fortunate to have a sea-facing room that offered stunning views, making it an amazing experience overall. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive during my stay. The only downside was that the service could have been a bit more organized when the hotel was busy. Overall, it's a place I would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful view from the sea-facing room was a highlight, and the staff were very accommodating and professional. However, the facilities, especially the room quality and maintenance, were not up to par. I had a fantastic stay at The Promenade in Pondicherry, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The location is unbeatable, right by the seafront promenade, and the friendly staff made my experience even better. Although the hotel does have some maintenance issues, the overall service, delicious breakfast, and stunning sea views make it worthy. It is slightly on the pricier side for what you get, but I still left feeling very happy with my stay.
